Corporate Management

The Board of Directors at SAF-HOLLAND has assigned a Management Board. This body is responsible for and steers the operational management of the Company. The members of the Management Board are appointed by the Board of Directors. The body currently consists of a total of five members, including Detlef Borghardt as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Wilfried Trepels as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CEO of the Management Board is also a member of the Board of Directors. In financial year 2011, Rudi Ludwig was thus simultaneously member of both bodies from January 1 until June 30. Following the change at the head of the Management Board on July 1, 2011, Detlef Borghardt has been a member of both bodies since October 1, 2011.
