Manages e-commerce data, platform and performance to ensure that the platform is exceeding the customers’ requirements, while also ensuring the businesses financial results are achieved. When required, this position would cater the e-commerce experience to meet both requirements and periodically provide management with reports on the platforms success.

Aftermarket Brand Manager
Qualification 1: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering or related field; and
Qualification 2: 3 years related experience such as heavy duty truck and trailer parts sales, e-commerce or product management, to include strong knowledge of heavy duty truck and trailer aftermarket parts, SAP/ERP and Customer Service experience. Experience with e-commerce sites required and experience with print and/or electronic parts catalogs preferred.
Qualification 3: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualification 4: Ability to use a personal computer with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience navigating large databases in Excel and CSV formats.
Qualification 5: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write business correspondence and product descriptions.
Qualification 6: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Qualification 7: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Qualification 8: Must possess an innate ability to learn new software/databases quickly and possess a high level of computer literacy. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and the ability to analyze and synthesize information to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Manages the data within the e-commerce platform to ensure the most relevant, accurate, and up-to-date information is available to all customers. This includes all images, product details, literature, promotions, pricing and any other content related to the Heavy Duty Aftermarket.
Ensures all data within the platform is formatted and displayed in an intuitive and useful manner to increase usability and increase site traffic and order utilization.
Manages both internal & external users within the platform and provides support throughout their e-commerce experience. This includes but is not limited to; responding to or monitoring support tickets, user complaints and data inaccuracies.
Develops, implements and tracks new platform features, while reporting results to management for review. This includes responsibility for an e-commerce business plan, identifying and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on web traffic, user engagement levels, voice-of-the-customer, and customer retention through the e-commerce platform.
Works in a cross-functional team environment, working closely with customers, internal & external sales groups, product planning, engineering, information technology and marketing communication, among others, to ensure the platform meets or exceeds all content requirements. This includes creating customer training materials and related tools to ensure the platform is widely accepted among customers, and our sales groups, as well as drive a high level of user satisfaction.
