PERFORMANCE REVIEW / FEEDBACK
The Board of Directors undertakes a formal and rigorous annual evaluation of its own performance and its cooperation with the Group Management Board. Additionally, individual performance assessments are carried out with each member of the Group Management Board. Both measures are key components of effective corporate governance. They are vital tools to ensure that the Board of Directors discharges its responsibilities effectively and assists in identifying possible ways for improving the performance of itself and that of the members of the Group Management Board.
