Correction of the announcement made on April 4th, 2011.
Third Point LLC, New York, USA, have told us on April 5th, 2011 that
against their annoucement from March 31st, 2011 their voting rights on
SAF-HOLLAND had not exceeded the 5% limit. Instead, Third Point LLC, USA,
confirmed on April 5th, 2011 that their voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN:A0MU70, have been below the
5% limit and amounted to 3.24% respectively 1,335,000 voting rights on
April 4th, 2011.
