Frankfurt, Germany has informed us that via shares its direct voting rights
on SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN:A0MU70,
exceeded the 5% limit of voting rights on April 4th, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 5.10%(this corresponds to 2,101,128 voting rights).
