1 and 9, dated 4 December 1992) that via shares its Voting Rights on
SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxemburg, Luxemburg, ISIN: LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70,
have fallen below the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on July 27, 2007  and
now amount to 34.5% (this corresponds to 6505877 Voting Rights).
