Frankfurt, Germany informed us that via shares its direct voting rights on
SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN:A0MU70, fell
below the 5% limit of voting rights on April 8th, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 4.94% (this correspondsto 2,037,646 voting rights).
