that via shares its Voting Rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg,
Großherzogtum Luxemburg, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 03, 2012 and on that day amounted to 9.12% (this
corresponds to 4136687 Voting Rights).
