shares it voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:
LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70, exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights on
May 12, 2010 and on that day amounted to 8.69% (this corresponds to
1,799,894 voting rights).

On May 18, 2010, Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us that via
shares it voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:
LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70, fell below the 5% limit of voting rights on May
13, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.29% (this  corresponds to 474,022
voting rights).
