United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 8 and 9 of the
Transparency Law of the Great Duchy of Luxembourg that via shares its
Voting Rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 08, 2014
and on that day amounted to 5.24% (this corresponds to 2376212 Voting
Rights).
5.24% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2376212 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company. Attributed Voting Rights are held by the
