Frankfurt, Germany informed us that via shares its direct voting rights on
SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70, fell
below the 5% limit of voting rights on August 19th, 2010 and on that day
totaled 4.96% (this corresponds to 1,027,059 voting rights).
