have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on January 23, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.02% (this corresponds to 1367786 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.02% of
