On March 31st, 2011 UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, Germany has informed us that
via shares its direct voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN:A0MU70, exceeded the 5%,  limit of voting rights on
March 25th, 2011 and on that day amounted to 9,46%(this corresponds to
3,901,785 voting rights).

On March 31th, 2011 UniCredit Bank AG, Munich, Germany has informed us that
via shares its direct voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND, Luxembourg, Luxembourg,
ISIN: LU0307018795, WKN:A0MU70, fell below the 5% limit of voting rights on
March 29th, 2011.
