informed us that via shares its direct voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND,

limit of voting rights on March 25th, 2011 and on that day amounted to
9.58%(this corresponds to 3,949,617 voting rights).

On March 30th, 2011 Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt, Germany has
informed us that via shares its direct voting rights on SAF-HOLLAND,
Luxembourg, Luxembourg, ISIN:LU0307018795, WKN: A0MU70, fell below the 5%
limit of voting rights on March 29th, 2011.
